How much of the plan
is real yet?
Most 100-day plans are checklists that die in week six because nothing in them has an owner or a number. This tracker is the other kind: named initiatives, each with an owner, a dollar target, a stage, and a validated figure that only moves when the P&L does.
What's inside
- The initiative register: 24 slots with lever category, owner, day-one baseline, stage, and three honest dollar columns (target, expected, realized)
- Stage discipline built in: Idea, Scoped, In execution, Delivered, and Validated, which nothing reaches until the P&L shows it two consecutive months
- A summary tab that answers the sponsor's only question: total target, expected, validated, and the validated share, plus rollups by stage and by lever
- Ships with a worked example: eight initiatives, $3.0M target, $2.4M expected, $510K validated, so you can see the shape before you build yours
- No macros, no lock-in. Opens in Excel and imports cleanly into Google Sheets

- Name each initiative in operating language. "Invoke the CPI escalators in 41 contracts" can be done or not done; "optimize pricing" cannot.
- One owner per row. A shared owner is no owner. Record the day-one baseline before any work starts; every diligence hypothesis becomes a baseline to validate.
- Set target, expected, and realized honestly. The gap between target and expected is your confidence discount, and it should exist.
- Review monthly, out loud, owners present. Stuck in Scoped for two reviews means rescope or kill. Validated means the P&L showed it twice.
The dollars usually come from levers this library already covers: the pricing calculator, the whale curve, the inventory workbook. If you want the plan built from a tested baseline instead of assumed one, start a conversation.
