How to use it

  1. Replace the example months with your last 13 months from the accounting system. Nine rows, month-end numbers.
  2. Set your targets in the yellow column. A target you did not choose is not a target.
  3. Each month-end, shift the columns left, add the new month, and read the lights.
  4. Anything OFF TARGET gets the meeting. Anything on WATCH gets a question. Two minutes a month.
