How to use it

  1. Export open invoices from your accounting system: customer, invoice number, dates, amount. Paste up to 150 rows.
  2. Set three inputs: the as-of date, your annual revenue, and the invoice size that earns a phone call.
  3. Work the flags top to bottom every Monday. Whoever calls first gets paid first.
  4. Watch percent current and weighted days late weekly. They move within weeks of the discipline starting or stopping.
